$140/hr charged in increments of 15 min

Onsite support

$140/hr charged in increments of 15 min, minimum 1 hr

Onsite support incurs a callout fee of $80 for sites in Brisbane, the Gold Coast & beyond. Additional fees may apply for remote locations. Any parking fees (not fines) are also passed on to customer.

All prices above are excluding GST

I feel so lucky to have found Steve at Mac Smart and have him work his magic with our computers. Everything was getting all too complicated and time was being spent on issues from our [original] setup. Thankfully it is all sorted now and we can carry on working … much more efficiently!
